Technical Engineer / Mentor Role: What can you expect in this role



Your performance will determine the choice of Technology and as decided by your Department Heads/Mentors.
You will be assigned small projects that needs to be finished within the stipulated time.
The individual will work closely with the Technical Engineers/ Mentors and the department head on different projects.
At the time of Internship this is a Remote Work From Home Opportunity. Being a remote role your performance will be evaluated based on job completed.
If you are found suitable for the position of a Mentor and choose to join us you should be available to travel from time to time to different project sites for Installations, commissioning and demonstration work.
Candidates who are offered a Mentor role at the end of the Internship Program and who choose to join us will be groomed to work as future Technical Trainers/ Mentors. This is a role in skill development and requires candidates who show passion towards ed-tech and training.




Requirements
B.E/ B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical / Mechanical Related, Electrical engineering) with relevant experience in mechatronics / robotics systems.
Must own a laptop and have internet connection.
Confident, self starter with interest to learn.
Should have passion to learn and to teach technologies.
Must be able to perform tasks under general direction.
Ability to communicate well in English - written and oral communication
You will be required to Bring Your Own Device that will include- a Working Laptop, High Speed Internet Connection and a Mobile Phone. ​


Benefits
This is a Paid Internship for a Period of 3 Months and you can earn Rs. 5000/- to Rs 8000/ per month. There will be defined outcomes and you will be paid on the basis of outcomes.
The outcomes will be byte-sized projects that will have to be delivered every week. Your outcomes will be reviewed and grade by peers and your supervisors.
Minimum eligibility criteria to earn this is 80% achievement in Performance Evaluation of your Reporting Authority/ mentors.
