Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join a cutting-edge AI Research team at the forefront of innovation. Reporting to the head of marketing and working alongside industry leaders and pioneers in AI, you will gain hands-on experience in one of tech’s fastest-growing fields.

As a marketing coordinator, you will help drive thought leadership by collaborating with Cognizant’s marketing and PR teams. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and increase mindshare for Cognizant’s AI Lab across earned and owned media channels, including web and social.

This will help you acquire real-world experience in AI marketing and mentorship from industry experts. It will provide exposure to the latest AI trends and an opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects. You will gain broad experience in marketing in one of the hottest and rapidly expanding fields of technology and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment.

Key responsibilities:

· Content Creation: Develop and assist in editing and producing compelling and relevant content for our websites – evolution.ml and our Advanced AI Lab presence on Cognizant.com, including editing and producing blogs, social media and video content.

· Design Support: Assist in creating visual content for digital materials, including social media graphics, product marketing data sheets, newsletters, and presentations.

· Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.

· Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files and coordinating marketing activities.

· Customer Marketing: Assist in producing customer case studies and testimonials for our Neuro AI platform.

· Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growing and elevating our mindshare in AI

· Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing and PR campaigns, tracking their performance, and suggesting improvements.

· Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using tools such as Google Analytics.

Qualifications:

· Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

· Creative thinker with strong communication skills

· Proficient in a video editing tool (Adobe Premiere) and content creation tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma). Knowledge of HTML/Web editor tools and Salesforce CRM a plus.

· Social media savvy with knowledge of platforms and editors
