Job Description
Partner with key stakeholders to develop, publish and manage online content using Amazon CMS technology
- Apply knowledge of HTML/CSS to create engaging web experiences
- Partner with engineering teams to solve website problems and enable new features
- Collect, organize, edit, and manage digital assets
- Create and manage a library of web templates
- Leverage analytics and insights to determine appropriate content, user flows, and timing for content refreshes
- Consult with internal teams to help find solutions and guide them towards best practices
- Exercise a high level of judgment to move requests through our internal workflow efficiently
- Effectively anticipate issue and proactively help generate solutions
- Test website functionality and check for errors or inconsistencies
- Implement and enforce ADA website accessibility standards and best practices
- Utilize Analytics and performance data to recommend and implement improvements
- Work both independently and as part of a team to manage and complete projects for multiple stakeholders typically under tight deadlines
- Proactively recommend creative solutions, enhancements, and uncover opportunities that align to business objectives within technical capabilities
- Establish and optimize internal workflows
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing and web production
- Mastery of HTML/CSS
- Experience with common content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Web Center Sites
- Working knowledge of enterprise marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Marketo
- Experience slicing, optimizing and exporting graphics
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities to execute high quality deliverables
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
